Take 1 capsule a day preferably with a meal.


In a clinical study conducted by a team of researchers on 42 patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer’s with age between 65-80 years old and had a cognitive activity over 12 and with the rate of Alzheimer’s disease Less than 2. The lemon balm extract was given to a group of patients and to another group placebo was given. Indices of oblivion measures, cognitive activities and side effects were monitored. After four months of the study, the result was significant and meaningful in those who used the lemon balm extract extracts compared to those who took placebo. The mild to moderate levels of Alzheimer’s have been well controlled, and the anxiety and irritability have significantly decreased compared to the second group taking placebo.
Lemon balm has sedative, antibacterial and anti-spasmodic effects. Its hydroalcoholic extract in the mouse has a sedative effect and peripheral analgesic activity.


If any susceptibility to the Lemon balm extract and other ingredients in the formulation exists, do not use this product.
